SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped within 3-7 business days after the order is placed.
During sales and new product releases the volume of orders can cause the processing time to take up to an additional 7 business days.
If there’s an issue with your order, send us an email at info@eqgenetics.com and we will make sure it gets fixed.
Shipping is only available in states and countries where hemp is legal.
STANDARD SHIPPING
On all orders you will receive standard flat rate shipping.
As soon as the order is dispatched, you will receive a USPS tracking number.
You can file a claim by sending an email to info@eqgenetics.com with your order number if you notice your tracking is delivered but you have no received it.
*If Eqgenetics determines deliverability failed due to a non-customer issue, Eqgenetics will send a second package.
